🌞 Junior Solar Design Engineer
Our clients is seeking a motivated Junior Solar Design Engineer to join their growing renewable energy team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for sustainable energy solutions. You will support senior engineers in designing, planning, and delivering solar PV projects across residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and layout of solar PV systems using industry-standard software.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for project proposals.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies under supervision.
- Support in preparing bills of materials, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in solar PV design (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or Helioscope.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
