ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its physician-led clinical support across outpatient, inpatient, and procedural services and is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support physicians with patient assessment, history taking, examination, and care coordination within approved scope.
• Assist in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, procedures, documentation, and follow-up planning.
• Coordinate investigations, referrals, patient education, and multidisciplinary communication.
• Recognise clinical deterioration and escalate promptly to supervising physicians.
• Maintain safe, ethical, and professional practice within UAE licensing and facility regulations.
• Support quality improvement, patient flow, clinical audits, and service efficiency.
RequirementsApplications are welcome from internationally trained Physician Assistant candidates holding recognised qualifications such as:
• Recognised Physician Assistant qualification
• Current professional registration from home country where applicable
• Relevant hospital or specialty experience
• BLS / ACLS preferred depending on clinical area
• Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA / DOH / MOH where applicable
