Our client is a reputed organization in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
Supervise daily installation activities of Solar PV systems.
<\/li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
<\/li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
<\/li>Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
<\/li>Inspect materials and maintain project quality standards.
<\/li>Ensure compliance with UAE Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.
<\/li>Supervise cable laying, mounting structures, solar panel, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
<\/li>Conduct final inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain complete project documentation.
<\/li><\/ul>Required Skills
<\/h3>
Solar PV Installation<\/b> – Experience supervising utility or commercial solar projects.
<\/li>Electrical Engineering<\/b> – Knowledge of electrical systems, cable laying, and commissioning.
<\/li>Project Coordination<\/b> – Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.
<\/li>Quality Control<\/b> – Conduct inspections and ensure technical compliance.
<\/li>HSE Compliance<\/b> – Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and safe work practices.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Skills
<\/h3>
Experience in utility -scale solar projects.
<\/li>Knowledge of UAE electrical standards.
<\/li>Strong reporting and documentation skills.
