| To support and enhance module manufacturing processes by driving process improvements, optimising production parameters, improving yield and quality, and contributing to successful new product qualifications through strong engineering and analytical expertise. |

- Analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other optimisation activities.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of module manufacturing lines.

- Monitor key process parameters and ensure strict adherence to control plans.
- Conduct DOEs, trials, and validations to optimise process conditions.
- Evaluate new materials and process changes through structured experimentation.

- Perform root‑cause analysis on yield loss and quality issues.
- Track improvement metrics and ensure sustainable defect reduction.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing scrap, rework, and variability.

- Prepare engineering reports, validation documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with R&D/NPD teams for new product trials and process readiness.
- Support production ramp‑up and ensure smooth transition to mass manufacturing.
