| SECTION IV: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS |
| Education |
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) is preferred.

| Experience |
- 15–20 years of experience in electrical and utility design.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in solar manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, battery, or large industrial manufacturing projects is preferred.
