The Field Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing the complete manufacturing process of SPOG solar-powered cargo trailers—from the bare trailer through final assembly, testing, quality control, and
delivery.
This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position. We are looking for someone who can manage
employees, organize production, solve problems on the floor, maintain quality standards, and keep trailers moving through production on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader, not someone who only manages from an office. You
should be comfortable walking the production floor, inspecting work, solving technical problems, coordinating
employees and materials, and taking ownership of getting every trailer completed correctly and on schedule.
Experience in cargo trailers, RV manufacturing, automotive assembly, fabrication, electrical systems,
solar, battery storage, HVAC, or construction would be a strong advantage.
