About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist customers with solar energy solutions, identify their energy requirements, prepare quotations, and guide clients through the installation process from enquiry to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in solar sales who enjoys building relationships, providing technical advice, and closing sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries regarding residential and commercial solar solutions.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar systems.
Prepare and present professional quotations.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
Liaise with installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Keep customers informed throughout the installation process.
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
Stay up to date with solar products, technology, and industry developments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in solar sales or the renewable energy industry.
Good understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and installation processes.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently from home.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.
Own laptop or desktop computer.
