Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a M&A Trainee to join our Team, based in Milan.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the screening and evaluation of financing and investment opportunities.
Support the review of financial models, to include sensitivities and review of key assumptions.
Review transaction documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards, criteria, and templates to support investment materials, presentations, and recommendations for internal approval processes.
Assist in due diligence processes for investment opportunities, including data room management and interaction with external advisors, consultants, and counterparties.
Support reporting requirements of the Brownfield / M&A area with the shareholder and internal stakeholders
Support the tracking of projects’ progress, translating AI and Power BI tools into relevant decision-making data
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint mandatory. Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Copilot) preferred.
Interest in renewable energy, project finance, and investments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
English fluent.
