We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organised Yard Co‑ordinator on a casual contract basis to take control of our goods, yard activity, and inventory at our Stonehaven facility.

What you’ll be doing - You’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:
- Managing goods in/out – checking deliveries, issuing documentation, ensuring accuracy
- Running yard operations – loadouts, dispatch, equipment movements, and housekeeping
- Maintaining inventory control – stock levels, traceability, and cycle counts
- Coordinating daily logistics with operations and transport providers
- Ensuring compliance with HSE, COSHH, and transport regulations
- Supporting material movements across production and projects
What we’re looking for You’re someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in warehouse, yard, or materials control
- Holds a Forklift (B2 Counterbalance) licence and full UK driving licence
- Is organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Understands inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Can problem-solve on the ground (loadouts, equipment handling, logistics challenges)
- Works safely and takes pride in maintaining high standards
