New Energy are looking for an organised and timesheet savvy HR Coordinator / Administrator to hit the ground running on this active project site.
Description
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator / Administrator plays a fundamental role, providing a high-quality HR support service to the HR team and wider project team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager for employment matters and the HR Lead for day-to-day direction, this role is responsible for providing coordination and administration of personnel information, timesheets, attendance reporting and preparation of HR documentation.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support project recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Provide minute taking for HR-led meetings as requested.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for employment-related matters, documenting and escalating issues to the HR Lead.
- Administrate project attendance tracking and coordinate accurate payroll processing.
- Liaise across the project to communicate HR information and support employee engagement.
Skills And Experiences
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Studying / recent graduate of an HR degree or certification (desirable)
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, MS Teams, Outlook
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude
- Current Full driver license (required)
- Well-presented and punctual
