Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the month-end financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and manage payment runs for mid-month and month-end cycles
Provide operational leadership and technical accounting oversight to the finance team
Review financial work for technical accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
Drive efficiencies and maintain strong financial controls across processes
Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:BCom in Accounting or Finance
Completed SAICA articles
Experience:Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing teams
Strong background in financial reporting and technical accounting
Prior experience within a fast-paced or project-driven environment advantageous
