Basic Functions
<\/h2>
Manage full site -based construction execution.
<\/li>Ensure delivery against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and SHEQ requirements.
<\/li>Lead site teams, subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
<\/li>Coordinate daily site activities and construction work fronts.
<\/li>Manage site risks, delays, constraints, and interfaces.
<\/li>Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, and performance.
<\/li>Ensure alignment between project plans and site execution.
<\/li>Support project reporting and stakeholder communication.
<\/li><\/ul>Requirements
<\/h2>
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Electrical
<\/li>Professional registration advantageous.
<\/li>ESKOM Authorised Person)
<\/li>10+ years’ construction or project execution experience.
<\/li>5+ years in a senior site leadership role.
<\/li>Experience managing multi -disciplinary construction teams.
<\/li>Strong site operations, SHEQ, planning, and stakeholder management experience.
<\/li>Contract exposure to NEC, FIDIC, or JBCC advantageous.
