What you’ll do is to……
Risk Identification & Remediation:Lead efforts to identify social and ethical risks within our supply chain. Develop and execute concrete remediation plans, working directly with our factories globally to close immediate gaps and build long-term, sustained improvement.
Compliance Account Management:Act as the lead point of contact for our US and EU customers, ensuring all compliance standards are strictly met.
Partner Engagement & Coaching:Leverage your vendor/agent-side expertise to partner with our factories, service provides and professional bodies. Provide practical, hands-on guidance to factories, and formulate plans to push forward social, ethical and environmental compliance performance.
Incident Investigations:Lead investigations into non-compliance issues. Drive the building and implementation of corrective and preventive measures and ensure root-cause resolutions are achieved effectively.
Assessments & Audits:Collaborate with in-country teams to conduct targeted audits of our partner facilities. Focus on the efficacy of ethical sourcing and facility controls, ensuring that audit findings translate into actual change.
Communication:Maintain accurate, transparent reporting for clients, internal and external alike, regarding compliance status, remediation progress, and key performance metrics, and recommendations.
Training & Capacity Building:Build compliance capacity within our partner facilities through effective training, fostering a culture of accountability and high ethical standards throughout our collaborative supply chain.
You will thrive in the role if you ……
Have extensive and solid expertise in factory audits over social, security and environmental/sustainability compliance, specifically within the apparel/knitwear industry.
Possess strong knowledge of international labor standards, compliance frameworks, and sustainability initiatives.
Demonstrate leadership in running global compliance programme and team
Have extensive experience in collaborating directly with factories, deep understanding in challenges faced on production floor and proven record in driving results.
Uphold and promote excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
Command good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Be at ease to travel internationally to production facilities, and participate in virtual meetings across time zones.
