As a Teacher, you will be expected to:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Teach confidently across IB DP <\/b><\/span><\/span>Environmental Systems and Societies<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b>and support learning across different year groups<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in language and literature, with the ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Use a range of teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Show creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous professional development<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Work collaboratively within the department and contribute to shared planning and resource development<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Stay informed about global educational developments and best practice in education<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualified teacher with Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant subject disciplines, plus PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification
<\/span><\/li>Applicants should be registered teachers with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
<\/span><\/li>The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals, parents and students;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>An understanding of current developments in teaching;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students’ needs and supporting learning;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>A commitment to pastoral care within the school;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
