- Services. You shall provide the following Services to MPT:
- Description. You shall provide services to support MPT's battery supply chain operations. The Services shall include but are not limited to, the following:
1.1.1. Supply Planning & Forecasting — Coordinate with battery cell, pack, and BMU/SIP suppliers to review forecasting, material drive, weeks of stock, and optimize line allocation in mass production; highlight early shortages and possible mitigation paths.
1.1.2. Ramp Readiness — Plan ramp readiness on key battery components and ensure technical team sign-off ahead of production ramp.
1.1.3. Financial Tracking & Due Diligence — Track accounting payments, PO issuance, credits, invoices, and other financial due diligence associated with battery mass production and development.
1.1.4. E&O Management — Review and audit excess and obsolete (E&O) claims from battery suppliers and negotiate mitigation, re-use, or payment settlements.
1.1.5. Second Source Qualification — Track and monitor the bring-up of 2nd sources for batteries via PRQs (Post Ramp Qualification).
1.1.6. Cost Monitoring & Reporting — Monitor, track, and report on local factors that may have a material impact on battery cost (tax laws, exchange rates, raw materials pricing, etc.).
- Services Location. The Services will be performed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the applicable MPT policies at:
- Deliverables. You will deliver the following Deliverables, which will meet the requirements set forth below:
2.1 General Description of Deliverables. The results of the Services, including code, software, analyses, prototypes, and products, developed under this SOW by Vendor. The deliverables shall include, but are not limited to the following:
2.2.1. Weekly/Monthly supply forecasting and weeks of stock reports
2.2.2. Ramp readiness trackers and technical sign-off documentation
2.2.3. Financial tracking reports (PO status, invoice reconciliation, payment schedules)
2.2.4. E&O audit reports and negotiation settlement summaries
2.2.5. PRQ tracking dashboards for 2nd source qualification process
2.2 Description of Documentation for Deliverables. Any reports, summaries, manuals, guides or other documentation provided to MPT by Vendor. The documentation Deliverables shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
2.2.1. Supply chain risk and migration reports
2.2.2. Supplier performance summaries
2.2.3. Cost modeling and analysis in Microsoft Excel
