We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the
coordination and execution of large-scale renewable energy programmes. The role
involves working closely with diverse stakeholders, including utilities, state
agencies, and government institutions, to drive effective implementation. The
ideal candidate will bring strong programme management and stakeholder
engagement skills, with the ability to ensure timely delivery of outputs,
facilitate inter-agency coordination, and contribute to scaling renewable
energy initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities with utilities, state representatives, and
other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Serve as a key interface between government agencies, state institutions,
and internal teams to enable data sharing, issue resolution, and workflow
alignment
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to
defined milestones
- Facilitate data collection and validation, working closely with
stakeholders to support effective implementation
- Identify implementation challenges and provide actionable inputs to
strengthen programme delivery
- Support stakeholder engagement through meetings, workshops, and
capacity-building initiatives
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing notes for senior
stakeholders
- Contribute to strategy development for scaling renewable energy programmes
and enhancing adoption
Qualifications
Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy,
engineering, public policy, or a related field
Skill Set
- Prior experience working with government organisations, utilities, or
state-level agencies
- Experience in managing or supporting large-scale programmes
- Understanding of renewable energy policies, implementation frameworks, and
institutional structures
- Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder coordination across agencies
- Strong programme management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines
- Willingness to travel for stakeholder engagement
