Job Description Summary
As Aero Services Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing, parts fulfillment, commodity management, and supplier performance initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
This role provides leadership for multiple critical supply chain functions, including the Installation Parts Response (IPR) Team, Parts Fulfillment Team, and CM&U Fulfillment & Commodity Management organization. The position is accountable for ensuring material availability, rapid response to customer and project requirements, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and successful execution of installation, outage, upgrade, and refurbishment programs.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational execution capabilities to drive customer satisfaction, business performance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal commercial, contractual, quality, and delivery outcomes.
Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
Drive supplier performance management, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to support competitive advantage and business continuity.
Installation Parts Response (IPR) Leadership
Lead the Installation Parts Response (IPR) Team responsible for immediate parts demand fulfillment supporting field installations, outages, customer emergencies, and critical project requirements.
Ensure rapid response and execution while maintaining focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.
Drive prioritization, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination to support customer commitments and installation schedules.
Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives that improve responsiveness, fulfillment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sourcing teams to resolve material constraints and delivery risks.
Parts Fulfillment Operations Leadership
Lead the Parts Fulfillment Team, including outsourced fulfillment resources currently supported by Genpact.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, project requirements, installation demands, and service-related material requests.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, KPI management, backlog reduction, order execution, and material availability management.
Manage fulfillment escalations and ensure rapid resolution of supply chain challenges affecting customer commitments.
Develop fulfillment strategies that improve delivery performance, inventory utilization, productivity, and customer experience.
Oversee third-party resource performance and ensure alignment with business priorities and service-level expectations.
CM&U Fulfillment & Commodity Management
Lead CM&U Fulfillment and Commodity Management activities supporting customer modifications, upgrades, life-extension programs, and refurbishment projects.
Manage a team of highly skilled fulfillment and commodity professionals responsible for material planning, sourcing execution, supplier engagement, and project support.
Ensure successful material availability and execution for upgrade and refurbishment programs while balancing cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
Develop commodity strategies that optimize supplier performance, reduce risk, and improve supply chain reliability.
Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Project teams to align sourcing and fulfillment strategies with business priorities.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for sourcing, fulfillment, and commodity management teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert and best-practice resource within the organization.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects with significant business impact.
Build strong partnerships across global teams and functions to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence & Business Impact
Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, cost management, and delivery performance across the supply chain organization.
Utilize data analytics and business insights to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and support strategic decision-making.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, inventory management, and supplier performance.
Influence business strategies, operational priorities, and organizational effectiveness through strong leadership and execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Fulfillment Operations, Commodity Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Characteristics
Proven leadership experience managing sourcing, fulfillment, commodity management, or supply chain organizations.
Demonstrated success leading global and cross-functional teams.
Strong supplier negotiation and contract management capabilities.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $125,000 and $208,300. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus
