This role supports complex cross‑functional initiatives, ensures data integrity, and keeps marketing work moving forward through strong project management, tooling expertise, and reporting.
This is not a strategy‑only or management role. You will do the work — deeply inside the systems — and ensure operational excellence across marketing and CRM initiatives.
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Support the development of RFPs by gathering requirements, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and supporting vendor evaluation and selection processes.
- Act as an escalation point for reservation‑holder asset issues, investigating data, content, or system root causes and coordinating resolution across teams.
- Own marketing and CRM reporting by building, maintaining, and validating dashboards and recurring reports in Sigma to ensure leadership and teams are working from accurate data.
- Maintain high standards for marketing and CRM data hygiene, including audits, cleanup, documentation, and ongoing quality checks.
- Manage Jira as the primary project and workflow tool for marketing operations, creating projects, managing tickets, tracking dependencies, and keeping work moving forward.
- Coordinate CRM campaign projects from intake through launch, organizing requirements, timelines, and handoffs while channel teams execute within the platform.
- Gather and organize inputs, assets, and approvals needed to support CRM initiatives, ensuring work is launch‑ready and properly documented.
- Partner with UX teams on CRM and lifecycle initiatives tied to research, testing, and learning objectives.
- Partner with Talent Community teams to support employee engagement and internal CRM‑driven communications.
- Partner with Community Affairs teams on CRM and marketing initiatives tied to local events and regional activities.
- Track marketing spend and campaign performance, ensuring visibility into pacing, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Translate data into clear summaries and insights that help stakeholders understand performance, risks, and next steps.
- Apply AI tools thoughtfully to speed up analysis, reporting, project intake, and documentation—while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Keep projects organized, well‑documented, and delivered on time across multiple concurrent initiatives.
