To sell rooftop solar systems to commercial and industrial customers, particularly targeting SMEs
To inform customers of in-house credit option, and use this facility to close sales more quickly
To ensure monthly targets are met for leads generated (site surveys), orders booked, sales invoiced,
and collections achieved
To sell within the stipulated guidelines on money collection
To work closely with head of state and marketing to organise awareness-raising events with industry
To actively pursue all leads and ensure they are met and the CRM is updated in a timely fashion
To organise site surveys and develop proposals in coordination with the in-house technical and
operations departments
To personally conduct site visits to assess the technical feasibility of the product being offered
To monitor that installations are proceeding on time, and to the customer’s satisfaction
To ensure overall customer satisfaction with the working of the entire system
To provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the line manager as and when required
