Role and responsibilities
Role Purpose
Supports SAPEX projects with the Project Support tool (ALM), Test and Requirements Management activities.
Responsibilities
- Project Support tool (ALM) customizing support
- Supports test scope definition, test script collection, test scenario definition in Visio and Project Support Tool
- Supports Project Managers with project test management activities
- Supports BPOs, Solution Architects, Change Managers with requirements gathering, follow-up, and reporting
- Requirements, Test Scripts upload to the Project Support tool
- Test Cycle set-up in the Project Support Tool
- Requirements, Test Cycle, Defect Reporting
- Project Support tool user training
- Supports users with the Project Support tool
- Defect Management support – daily reporting, follow-up
- Communication with Project Support tool supplier: technical support requests, new functionality requests, upgrade tasks
Required experience and skills
Work experience
- Experience with SAP rollout projects
- Test Management Experience
- Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotive
- Project support tool technical knowledge
Expected skills, expected soft-skills, competencies
- Understanding of ERP solutions
- ERP Rollout experience
- Project Support Tool technical knowledge
- Skilled Office 365 user
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Able to travel up to 30%
- Driving license
