About Role & Purpose of Job
Join our dynamic SAP support team as a SAP Senior Specialist SD / LE for S4 Hana, where you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our SAP landscape. As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolving tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, focusing on support and maintenance.
- Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying your problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly.
- Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices.
- Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies and interface requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs.
- Utilizing SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative.
- Take charge of implementing preventive measures within the SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.
- Travel regionally or to other locations globally as and when need

Experience required
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana) with hands-on application management
- Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SD and LE module, with history of delivery high-impact solutions in a senior capacity.
- Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with three or more of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory warehouse management, quality management, demand to plan, finance and controlling
- Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, as well as with working with integration tools
Industry Experience: Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred
Education: IT /Business Degree or Equivalent combination 10+ years work experience
Licensing/Certification: SAP Certification is preferred
Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes related to the business application(s) concerned
Important Information
This job is opened for multi locations (India & Mexico). For both the location we have different time zone working-
For India- It will be US shift working (7pm to 3am)
For Mexico- It will be daytime shift working
No location transfers will be done for the role. Candidate is eligible to work only for their origin country.
