KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
onduct market analysis and develop effective product and sales strategies
Identify and drive new product opportunities within client environments
Support product launches, campaigns, and customer awareness initiatives
Manage client communication (emails & calls within 48 hours SLA)
Monitor market trends and report insights weekly to management
Train clients and internal teams on product applications regularly
Generate and follow up on leads, driving consistent sales growth
Use demo tools, samples, and catalogues to support product promotion
Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent service
Provide market feedback and improvement suggestions weekly
Support exhibitions, expos, and industry events when required
Plan and submit weekly call reports and activity tracking
Identify turnkey project opportunities with internal teams
Conduct 4–8 weekly client visits to provide tailored solutions
