We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Solar Site Manager to oversee the installation, construction, and commissioning of commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on solar PV construction sites
Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
Monitor project progress, quality control, and site productivity
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans
Liaise with engineers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Compile site reports, progress updates, and handover documentation
Troubleshoot on-site technical and operational challenges

Minimum Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in solar PV or construction site management
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and installation processes
Understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Renewable Energy will be advantageous
