We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a **Senior Associate – Energy Transition (Renewables)**. This is a **full-time, onsite** role with a focus on driving impactful initiatives within the **Governmentsector**.The ideal candidate will bringexpertisein energy transition and renewables, with a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment. ---
## Key Responsibilities - Lead and contribute to projects related to energy transition with a focus on renewable energy initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, andmonitorrenewable energy solutions for government clients. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency. -Stay updatedon the latest trends, technologies, and policies in the renewable energy sector. - Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards in all project deliverables. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of excellence. ---
## Experience & Qualifications–
**Experience:**5to 10 years of professional experience in energy transition, renewables, ora relatedfield. - **Education:** relevant degrees in engineering, environmental science, or energy management are preferred. - **Certifications:**certificationsin renewable energy or sustainability will be an advantage.–
**ManagementLevel:** Senior Associate Year 3, with strong leadership and project management skills. - **Skills:**Expertisein Energy Transition – Renewablesis. ---
