This is a temporary position for 6 months, with an option to extend based on business needs and performance.
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for end-to-end operational aspects of R&D projects, including working in a dynamic environment, across multiple interfaces, and under a tight schedule:
- Plan and support material purchasing for R&D (order, monitoring, tracking, control)
- Manage internal price list of products at RND stage
- Working with sub-contractors and vendors
- Leading and controlling R&D requirements to meet their projects schedule
- Bridge and facilitate between R&D, engineering, and operation
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering/supply chain/ logistics/Economic/BA in Management
- Graduated or 4-year student who is available for full time position
- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics/operations/purchasing/shipping role- included student position
- Work experience with sub-contractors and vendors
- Service and Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Perform problems troubleshooting and find quick solutions
- Maintain productive working relationships with all R&D groups & Operations
- High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Flexible thinking and quick adaptation to changes
- Experience with ERP systems/Agile- Advantage
- High-level proficiency in Excel- Advantage
