About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our SHEQ systems. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal procedures, and international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, while promoting a strong culture of safety and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, with detailed reporting and recommendations
- Maintain accurate SHEQ records, reports, and performance metrics
- Facilitate SHEQ training and awareness across all levels of staff
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Assist in developing and implementing SHEQ policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with legislation and industry best practices
- Provide quality-related support to the Sales Team (e.g. material certificates, inspections)
