HR Administrator (Recruitment Focus – Automotive Manufacturing / Truck OEM Environment)
Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, professional, and well-spoken HR Administrator to join our Head Office team. This role is primarily focused on recruitment within an automotive manufacturing / Truck OEM environment, with additional general HR administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will be organised, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for approximately 10–12 vacancies per month
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job sites and recruitment platforms
- Source candidates through headhunting and direct search methods
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers during the selection process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support cross-border recruitment initiatives where required
HR Administration (Secondary Support)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee administration
- Order and manage uniforms, stationery, and HR supplies
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR events
- Prepare HR reports and presentations
- Manage stock control of HR-related goods
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Minimum Requirements
- HR Diploma or relevant HR/Recruitment qualification
- Recruitment certificates or short courses advantageous
- 3–5 years’ experience with strong hands-on recruitment exposure
- Essential: Experience recruiting within automotive manufacturing, Truck OEMs, logistics, or trucking environments
- Experience using job portals, sourcing platforms, and direct headhunting methods
- Stable work history with at least 2 years in current or recent role
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
