Sustainability Systems Lead (IsoMetrix)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership & Strategic Direction: Own and lead the overall IsoMetrix project plan across the company, including timeline, scope, resourcing, and risk management. Act as the primary liaison with the IsoMetrix vendor
- Stakeholder Alignment & Decision-Making: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, H&S, Environment, Operations) to align on goals, standards, and system design
- Change Management & Communication: Lead change management strategy and communications across the organization. Ensure leaders and end users understand the “why,” and are equipped to engage with the new system
- System Configuration & Continuous Improvement: Oversee system calibration, including workflow setup, user permissions, reporting tools, and dashboards. Build in feedback loops and evolve the platform based on operational and user needs
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track adoption, usage, data quality, and performance metrics. Report progress to senior leadership and escalate blockers or gaps
- Support & Oversight of Site Champions: Provide structure, coaching, and support to Site-Based IsoMetrix Champions. Ensure alignment of system use and configuration across sites, and that Champions are equipped to drive local adoption

- Hands-On & Execution-Oriented: Willing to roll up sleeves, troubleshoot technical and adoption issues, and provide direct support to end users and Site Champions.
- Change Management Expertise: Experience driving system-related behavioural change in operational environments.

Salary Range: CAD $78,750 to $122,350
The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
