About Solar Provider Group
Solar Provider Group (SPG) is a global solar developer with offices in the United States, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands and active projects across North America and Europe. This role is part of the Company’s North American team, which is focused primarily on the development of solar and BESS projects in the United States and Canada, with most current activity in the United States. We identify, secure, and advance high-quality sites through the full development cycle, from early-stage land acquisition to construction readiness. Our team combines technical expertise, financial insight, and strong local relationships to deliver projects that accelerate the clean-energy transition and create lasting value for landowners and communities.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Land Partnerships Specialist to generate and advance land opportunities across the Company’s target markets. This role is responsible for landowner outreach, opportunity qualification, site pursuit, and lease advancement, with the goal of helping move prospects from first contact to executed site control.
This is an outreach-focused role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, building trust quickly, managing a pipeline, and conducting ordinary-course negotiations based on the Company’s internal criteria, with a heavy focus on email marketing and cold-calling. It is well suited to someone who is motivated, persuasive, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently in a phone- and email-driven role, with in-person follow-up where needed. Strong candidates may come from land acquisition, inside or outside sales, business development, right-of-way, real estate, agriculture, or other relationship-driven roles.
This position is fully remote for candidates based in the United States. You’ll work from home while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Remote work arrangements are subject to change with appropriate notice based on company needs. Frequent travel across U.S. states to visit project sites and engage with local communities should be expected.
