We are looking for an execution -driven EPC Project Manager to lead end -to -end rooftop solar

installations under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. The role involves managing site execution, vendor
<\/p>
coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely commissioning while complying with DISCOM and
<\/p>
MNRE guideline
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Manage end -to -end execution of rooftop solar projects (residential focus under PM
<\/p>
Surya Ghar).
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Plan and track daily installation schedules to meet monthly targets.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams (sales, design,
<\/p>
logistics).
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure site readiness, material availability, and workforce allocation before installation.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Supervise installation quality, safety standards, and adherence to technical
<\/p>
specifications.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Handle DISCOM coordination including net metering approvals and inspections.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely commissioning.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain accurate project documentation (site survey, installation reports,
<\/p>
commissioning reports).
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Track project costs and minimize wastage, delays, and rework.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Build and manage a network of installers and contractors for scalable execution.

Requirements<\/h3>
•<\/span> <\/span>5+ years of experience in solar EPC, rooftop solar preferred
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Strong understanding of solar systems, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical
<\/p>
systems
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Experience with DISCOM processes and net metering approvals
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Proven ability to manage field teams and vendors
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Strong project management and problem -solving skills
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
