•<\/span> <\/span>Record invoices, bills, payments, and journal entries

2. Bank & Reconciliation<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Track outstanding payments and follow -ups
<\/p>
3. GST & Compliance<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B, etc.)
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with CA for audits and filings
<\/p>
4. Financial Reporting<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Generate monthly MIS reports
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Assist in budgeting and forecasting
<\/p>
5. Expense & Cost Control<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor expenses and ensure proper classification
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Verify and process employee reimbursements
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Control and track operational costs
<\/p>
6. Audit & Documentation<\/b>•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain proper documentation for all transactions
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Assist during internal and external audits

Requirements<\/h3>
Key Skills Required (What we need)<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
<\/p>
•<\/span> 3+ years of accounting experience
<\/p>
•<\/span> Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> Good understanding of GST and TDS
<\/p>
•<\/span> Proficiency in MS Excel
<\/p>
•<\/span> Strong attention to detail and accuracy
