Job scope/summary:
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Project Coordination Specialist will play a dual role in driving health, safety, and environmental compliance while also leading and supporting operational projects across the organization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage EHS documentation and partner relations, while also overseeing projects from planning to execution. You will help ensure regulatory requirements are met and internal initiatives are implemented effectively and on time.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Focus:
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards for HP and partner operations
Manage the documentation lifecycle related to HSE legal requirements for customers and partners
Act as the point of contact for regulatory updates, audits, and compliance assessments
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits, certifications, and internal reporting
Provide guidance and support to partners to help them meet HP’s EHS standards
Project Management Focus:
Lead and manage operational or service-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as legal, operations, compliance, and customer support
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements through regular documentation and partner follow-ups
Maintain organized, up-to-date records and tracking systems for both EHS and project workstreams
Deliver assigned projects on time, on budget, and in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs
Education (degree) and professional experience required:

Fluent English
Fluent Spanish
Other languages knowledge would be an asset
