Requirements<\/h3>
ï·<\/span> Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
<\/p>
ï·<\/span> 3–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar, EPC, or manufacturing industry)
<\/p>
ï·<\/span> Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<\/p>
ï·<\/span> Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
<\/p>
ï·<\/span> Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
<\/p>
ï·<\/span> Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment
