•<\/span> <\/span>Strengthen distributor performance and accountability
<\/p>
2. Dealer Productivity & Revenue Growth<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Increase per dealer billing (PDB)<\/b> and monthly active dealers
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Drive repeat orders and improve secondary sales
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor dealer -wise performance and create action plans
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Implement structured targets for distributors and dealers
<\/p>
3. Scheme Planning & Execution<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Design and execute dealer incentive schemes, trade offers, and promotions<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Track ROI of schemes and ensure profitability
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Launch seasonal and performance -based schemes
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure proper communication and adoption of schemes in the market

4. Dealer Tours & Market Visits<\/b><\/span>•<\/span> <\/span>Plan and execute dealer tours, meets, and engagement programs<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Conduct regular market visits with distributors and sales team<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Build strong relationships with key dealers

•<\/span> <\/span>Gather market intelligence (competition, pricing, demand trends)

5. Distribution Expansion<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Identify new markets and appoint new distributors/dealers

6. Operations & Coordination<\/b>
