We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the customer base. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering solutions that support project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, including technical and commercial discussions with clients.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to support the sales process.
• Manage the sales process and close deals with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Manage sales documentation and follow up on contracts and payment collection.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in project sales, solar, electrical systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
