Adhere to plant safety guidelines
Able to lift 25 lbs
Able to work in a clean room environment and follow donning and doffing of required PPE
Able to interact with other team members in a positive manner
Able to learn and rotate through multiple work stations (Cell Assembly, Final Seal, Winding, Cell Packing)
Able to follow operator description sheets to run equipment properly
Understand calibration and monitoring of equipment
Adjust equipment to produce quality parts
Restock trays and material in cell assembly/winding production area
Maintain 5S in the work area
Performs additional duties as assigned in support of plant functions including and not limited to 5S audits, Clarios Manufacturing Systems audits, use of problem solving tools, Job Set-up, Finished Part Audit and Statistical Process Control.
