Full responsibility for leading the recruitment function across the company in Israel and globally, including building a recruitment strategy aligned with business needs, leading the recruitment team, managing senior stakeholders, and implementing advanced processes, tools, and methodologies.
This role combines strategic thinking, leadership of cross organizational processes, management of a professional team and close collaboration with senior leadership.
- Strategy and Functional Leadership
- Develop and lead the company’s recruitment strategy in Israel and globally
- Translate business needs into annual and multi year recruitment plans
- Build recruitment infrastructure, define success metrics (KPIs), and conduct monitoring and data analysis
- Manage recruitment budgets and external vendors in Israel and globally
- Develop innovative sourcing channels and adapt them to different markets
Team Management
- Manage and lead the recruitment team (2 recruiters / recruitment managers)
- Provide professional development, guidance, mentoring and set high standards
- Foster a culture of excellence, service orientation, and strong business partnership
Business Partnership
- Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers
- Support managers in defining role profiles, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Advise and support managers on compensation offers and candidate closing
- Process Excellence & Employer Branding
- Design and implement consistent, high quality recruitment processes
- Improve candidate and hiring manager experience
- Lead employer branding initiatives and engagement across social platforms and relevant communities
- Implement recruitment supporting technologies and systems
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Experience leading global recruitment / working with multiple countries - a significant advantage
- Experience in a mid size/large organization or a high growth company
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Ability to lead cross organizational processes
