The Nuclear ERP Functional Project Leader will lead the definition and execution of the Nuclear ERP strategy, change management strategy, and business/digital transformations that enable productivity, efficiency, and growth for the Nuclear business line. This role will partner closely with then Nuclear ERP IT Leader, Enterprise Solutions CoE, Process Excellence CoE, and business teams to define and implement change management action plans for impact analysis, testing, communication, procedure updates, data conversion, training, adoption, and support.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Lead the definition and execution of the Nuclear ERP strategy, change management strategy, and business/digital transformations that enable productivity, efficiency, and growth for the Nuclear business line
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Partner closely with the Enterprise Solutions CoE, Process Excellence CoE, and business teams to define and implement change management action plans for impact analysis, testing, communication, procedure updates, data conversion, training, adoption, and support
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to integrate nuclear SI&OP strategy into ERP system
Identify, develop, and execute AI use cases to accelerate business goals
Identify new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge status quo and drive data/digital disruption.
Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes.
Champion and lead business transformation programs that cut across multiple IT disciplines and competencies.
Coordinate internal and vendor resources executing various projects across multiple programs.
Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with leadership of technical and functional teams external to the organization to ensure sufficient support and engagement.
Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
Positively and collaboratively lead the team through change.
Guide project teams through decision and pivot points as required.
Track project outcomes realization through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected.
Own budget planning, distribution, optimal spend and budget tracking within the scope and for cross collaboration programs.
Eligibility Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time (greater travel requirements if candidate is not located in Wilmington, NC)
Strong preference for candidate to be based in Wilmington, NC.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in technical or business discipline
Minimum of 8 years of project management, systems implementation, finance, business leadership and/or continuous improvement experience.
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge of ERP systems and technologies; major ERP initiative leadership experience
Experience working in a regulated industry
Demonstrated leadership in driving business transformation through technology
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Strong track record of delivering on global and complex programs
Experience managing budgets including annual budgets and large-scale projects
Proven track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, and with other GEV businesses and partners
Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal
