What awaits you/ Job Profile | Able to model HV battery components |
What should you bring along | - Good hands-on skills in ANSA for meshing particularly for Solid Hexa and Tetra meshing, plastic parts shell meshing, etc.
- CAD data handling and clean-up for meshing.
- Create and clean basic finite element meshes for battery components (cells, modules, busbars, brackets, enclosures, foams).
- Creating connections like spotwelds, rivets, adhesives, seam-welds, etc.
- Perform model assembly and setup, boundary condition application for solvers like Nastran and LS-Dyna
- Assist in preparing CAE models for structural and vibration analyses
- Ability to automate or find innovative solutions to reduce the modelling efforts.
- Knowledge of Morphing tools in ANSA

Must have technical skill | - ANSA, Meta, Nastran, LS-Dyna
|
Good to have technical skills | - Know-how of Ansa scripting or Python scripting for automation.
- Basic solver knowledge like LS-Dyna or Nastran
- Knowledge of CAD tools like Catia, SolidWorks, etc.
