What awaits you/ Job Profile | Able to model HV battery components and perform NVH/Dura analyses |
What should you bring along | Must Have Skills: - Good hands-on skills in ANSA for meshing particularly for Solid Hexa and Tetra meshing, plastic parts shell meshing, etc.
- CAD data handling and clean-up for meshing.
- Create and clean basic finite element meshes for battery components (cells, modules, busbars, brackets, enclosures, foams).
- Perform model assembly and setup, boundary condition application and debugging for Nastran FE models.
- Assist in preparing CAE models for structural and vibration analyses
- Ability to automate or find innovative solutions to reduce the modelling efforts.
- Running and post-processing of Nastran modal, FRF, static simulations
- Knowledge of post-processors like Meta, Animator, etc.

Must have technical skill | - ANSA, Meta, Nastran, Animator
|
Good to have Technical skills | - Know-how of Ansa scripting or Python scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of Durability solvers like Femfat, Abaqus, etc.
- Knowledge of Morphing tools in ANSA
- Knowledge of CAD tools like Catia, SolidWorks, etc.
