Position: Solar Plant Project Engineer / Project Execution Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Solar Project Professional with practical experience in solar energy plant setup and execution.
The ideal candidate should have worked on greenfield solar projects and understand on-ground realities of planning, coordination, installation, and commissioning.
This role requires execution ownership, technical understanding, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute end-to-end solar plant setup
- Coordinate site development, installation & commissioning activities
- Work closely with EPC teams, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestone completion
- Supervise material planning, delivery, and site utilization
- Ensure quality and safety compliance at project sites
- Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges during execution
- Prepare basic project reports and execution updates
- Support handover from installation to operations phase
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in:

Strong understanding of:
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Preferred
- Experience in greenfield solar plant setup
- Exposure to MW-scale solar projects
- Understanding of regulatory and safety norms
- Experience in managing small on-site teams
