Lead the sales team, assign targets, and monitor performance.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and market trends in the solar sector.

Collaborate with the engineering and project execution teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain profitability of projects.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s brand.

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/h3>
Education:<\/b> Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy preferred), MBA is a plus.

Experience:<\/b> 4–8 years of experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy solutions.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, panels, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
