We are seeking an experienced Land
Acquisition Manager from the solar or renewable energy industry to lead land
sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition for utility -scale solar
projects in Rajasthan. The role involves close coordination with local
authorities, landowners, legal teams, and project development teams to ensure
timely and compliant land acquisition.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land parcels
for solar project development across Rajasthan<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct feasibility assessments including land
suitability, topography, accessibility, and grid connectivity proximity<\/span>
<\/li>Build strong relationships with landowners, government
authorities, revenue department officials, and local stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li>Lead negotiations for land purchase, lease, or
right -of -use agreements while ensuring cost efficiency<\/span>
<\/li>Ensure compliance with state land acquisition laws,
regulations, and documentation requirements<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate due diligence activities including title
verification, legal clearances, and dispute resolution<\/span>
<\/li>Maintain detailed records, land databases, and
acquisition status reports<\/span>
<\/li>Liaise with internal project development, legal,
engineering, and finance teams to support project execution<\/span>
<\/li>Mitigate risks related to land disputes, encumbrances,
and regulatory challenges<\/span>
<\/li>Monitor policy updates related to Rajasthan solar
policies, land regulations, and government guidelines<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Land
Management, Engineering, Law, or related field<\/span>
<\/li>7–15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition in
the solar/renewable/infrastructure sector<\/span>
<\/li>Strong understanding of Rajasthan land records, revenue
systems, and government processes<\/span>
<\/li>Proven experience in negotiating large land parcels for
utility -scale projects<\/span>
