<\/div>Preparing and maintaining ledger accounts and related activities to produce trial balances for review by the Financial Manager.
<\/span><\/li>Maintaining filing & record keeping system by ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
<\/li>Managing monthly TB close
<\/li>Signing off monthly, quarterly and annually TB packs as required
<\/li>Monitor cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
<\/li>Supervise Financial Administrators and support staff
<\/li>Motivate and lead direct reports
<\/li>Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
<\/li>Provide reporting detail to Business
<\/li>Assisting in audit process via management of audit request and sourcing of required documentation from Business as needed
<\/li>Capturing, accounting & reporting for all transactions and accounts.
<\/li>Maintenance of general ledger, including processing of monthly adjusting journal entries.

Requirements<\/h3>
B.Com or related finance degree
<\/span><\/li>CIMA/ AGA qualification would be considered advantageous
<\/li>5+ years of experience in a similar role at a company of similar or larger size
<\/li>Experience in calculating and Payroll tax and VAT 201.
<\/li>ERP/SAGE knowledge advantageous.
<\/li>Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; and proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
