Starting Rate of pay:
$18.79/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday
3:45pm-1:45am
Shift Premium: 2nd Shift- 32 cents/hour
What you will be doing
- Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine necessary materials, equipment, and assignments.
- Review plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities.
- Operate assigned equipment or machinery safely and efficiently.
- Lift and stack products while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency in assigned areas.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Accurately log quantities or lengths of materials handled or moved.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior work-related skills or experience are necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
