Senior Associate - Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Sustainability for Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur (AC KL)

As a Senior Associate in Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Sustainability, you will support the development and delivery of sustainability, I&D and people engagement programmes for AC KL. You will work closely with the Corporate Sustainability Manager and a wide range of stakeholders to implement initiatives, manage data, and evaluate impact.
Programmedelivery & coordination
Coordinate the delivery of sustainability, I&Dandpeopleengagement initiatives, including events,campaignsand volunteering activities.
Communications & engagement
Engage employees,championsand volunteers to build awareness, participation and a strong culture of inclusion and giving back.Support employee resource groups in running activities and people engagement

Skills and Knowledge:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience withexpertisein Inclusion and Diversity, People Engagement, Corporate Responsibility, Net Zero/Environment, as well as Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Communications, and Project Management.
Flexible and agile in learning new skills, such as Net Zero, sustainability, wellbeing, and inclusion issues, and applying this knowledge to work effectively.
