As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for both technical oversight and team leadership:

Technical Leadership:<\/b>

Guide Project Lifecycle:<\/b> Lead the engineering team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and testing to successful execution and delivery of large -scale solar projects.
<\/p><\/li>
Optimize System Design:<\/b> Provide expert technical guidance to ensure optimal system design, seamless integration, and efficient delivery of solar solutions.
<\/p><\/li>
Resolve Complex Challenges:<\/b> Effectively diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, even under tight deadlines.
<\/p><\/li>
Strategic Collaboration:<\/b> Foster strong collaboration with cross -functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination throughout all project phases.
<\/p><\/li>
Cost -Effective Solutions:<\/b> Analyze and recommend innovative, efficient, and cost -effective design options to maximize project profitability and sustainability.
<\/p><\/li>
Tender Management:<\/b> Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) submissions.
<\/p><\/li>
Continuous Improvement:<\/b> Proactively identify and implement improvements to technical documentation and project procedures, ensuring best practices.

Industry Expertise:<\/b> Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, codes, and technological advancements in renewable energy, applying this knowledge to project development.

Implementation Support:<\/b> Provide critical technical support during the implementation phase of projects, ensuring successful deployment.

Team & Operational Management:<\/b>

Resource Management:<\/b> Strategically plan and manage engineering resources, software, and equipment, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Process Enhancement:<\/b> Identify opportunities to enhance internal systems and processes, improving overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
<\/p><\/li>
Capability Building:<\/b> Develop and deliver technical training programs to continuously build and enhance the capabilities of the engineering team.

Performance & Development:<\/b> Oversee team performance, foster career development, and provide mentorship to engineers.
<\/p><\/li>
Talent Development:<\/b> Proactively identify and address skill gaps within the team, implementing strategies to bridge those gaps.
<\/p><\/li>
Reporting & Strategy:<\/b> Report on project and team performance to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision -making.

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/p>
Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
<\/p><\/li>
Certification:<\/b> SEDA GCPV PV System Design qualification or an equivalent certification.
<\/p><\/li>
Industry Experience:<\/b> A minimum of 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry.
<\/p><\/li>
Leadership Experience:<\/b> At least 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role within a relevant technical field.
<\/p><\/li>
System Knowledge (Advantageous):<\/b> Experience with electrical power and medium voltage systems is a significant advantage.
<\/p><\/li>
Leadership Acumen:<\/b> Demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of developing and motivating technical teams.
<\/p><\/li>
Problem -Solving:<\/b> Exceptional problem -solving skills and a capacity for strategic thinking.
