Tasks:<\/b>
<\/div> Prepare and draft environmental assessment reports or sections of reports (under part 4, 5 or 3A). Such reports may include REFs, EISs, part 3A environmental assessments and EMPs
<\/li> Prepare and draft other project documentation and correspondence
<\/li> Prepare and provide environmental advice to clients
<\/li> Work as part of a multi\-disciplinary team and work co\-operatively with people at all levels to achieve outcomes
<\/li> Manage multiple tasks on a range of projects and effectively deal with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines
<\/li> Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements
<\/li> Communicate and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers and project stakeholders
<\/li> Proactive in managing utilisation\/budget and takes corrective action if necessary, in consultation with the project manager and\/or project leader
<\/li> Provide inputs to project progress reports for issue to clients
<\/li> Undertake other work as required by the relevant project manager and\/or project leader

Requirements<\/h3>

About You:<\/b>
<\/div> Relevant tertiary qualifications
<\/li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
<\/li> Organised and diligent in project administration (including invoicing and budget administration)
<\/li> Self\-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
<\/li> Good team work skills and ability to work well under pressure
<\/li> Understand the need for discretion when dealing with confidential matters
<\/li> High levels of flexibility with an affinity for working on several projects at once
<\/li> Have a strong background in NSW and ACT environmental planning and assessment, including a solid understanding of the requirements of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the ACT Planning and Development Act 2007
