Position: Project Manager – Engineering
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team, supporting the delivery of complex renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Define assigned project(s) scope, objectives, deliverables, and required resources.
Present and communicate the project effectively to the project team, ensuring full understanding and alignment.
Develop detailed project plans, including task sequencing, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Assign tasks according to team members’ skills and responsibilities.
Establish clear, measurable, and achievable objectives for each project phase.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and efficiency are met.
Proactively identify risks, deviations, or potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage project changes and contractual scope variations, proposing solutions, implementing addenda, and clearly communicating changes to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of the photovoltaic and/or wind energy sector at national level
High proficiency in English and Italian
Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
