The Role
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team, supporting the successful delivery of complex renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define assigned project(s) scope, objectives, deliverables, and required resources.
- Present and communicate the project effectively to the project team, ensuring full understanding and alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, including task sequencing, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Assign tasks according to team members’ skills and responsibilities.
- Establish clear, measurable, and achievable objectives for each project phase.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and efficiency are met.
- Proactively identify risks, deviations, or potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project changes and contractual scope variations, proposing solutions, implementing addenda, and clearly communicating changes to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of the photovoltaic and/or wind energy sector at national level
- High proficiency in English and Italian
