Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Power Trader dedicated to the Long Term Trading and execute the Group’s hedging strategy willing to join our Energy Market department in the Portfolio Management & Trading team, support pricing activities, and manage trading operations to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Execute the financial and physical fixing for Nadara Energy Trading portfolio, managing pricing, profiles, volumes and zonal risks;
Managing proprietary trading activities (power, gas, EUA, oil) on Financial platform (EEX), monitoring financial exposure and respecting the trading policy;
Developing trading models which will improve performances;
Developing new Trading and Hedging Strategies (Trading around the Asset and Rolling Hedge)
Prop trading on cross-border activities (JAO, SEECAO);
Reporting on daily basis team’s activities performances (Performance Index, P&L Trading, P&L Contract Shift Model).
Perform pricing and hedging execution for third‑party clients (fixing options), supporting the Hedging Policy.
Manage ISDA agreements (new lines, exposure monitoring, collateral/guarantee increases).
Perform deal capture and maintain reporting together with Back Office.
Key requirements
A Mathematical / Engineering / Statistical / Finance or similar degree;
At least 2 years’ experience in a trading or hedging role,
Deep knowledge of electricity, gas and carbon market dynamics;
Experience in trading, hedging, or energy risk management.
Strong understanding of EEX/JAO markets and derivative instruments.
Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with performance KPIs.
Knowledge of pricing models
Familiarity with quantitative data analysis;
Proficiency in English;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good communication, accuracy, results driven attitude and ability to work in team.
